For 15 to 18 year olds with experience in lyrical, jazz or ballet

Lyrical is a style of jazz that focuses on self-expression and utilizes ballet, jazz, and modern technique. Set to modern music, this class focuses on fluid movement styles and gestures that emphasize the lyrics of the songs. Classes include elements of coordination, musicality, movement, and dance technique.

Thursday from 20:30 p.m. to 21:45 p.m., at the Dance Studio

• Maximum number of students: 10
• Attire required: Black tights or leggings with a black dance leotard or tank top, hair tied in a bun or ponytail and jazz shoes (Jazz Oxford)
• Condition: For students with experience in lyrical, jazz or ballet
