Telling the World Through Images with Sarah Lamontagne In conjunction with the photography exhibition at the CCFM art gallery, students in grades 7 to 12 are invited to learn the art of photography with Sarah Lamontagne. This workshop combines technical and creative aspects: participants will learn to compose a frame, play with light and settings, while developing their ability to visually tell a story, interpret reality, and provoke thought through photography. Create in French! Every Thursday from March 5 to May 7, the CCFM art studio opens its doors for ceramic drop-ins. Share a creative moment with friends in a friendly atmosphere. Let your inspiration guide you and make your own bowls, cups, sculptures... anything you like! Whether you're a seasoned artist or a shy beginner, the ceramic drop-ins are open to all creative minds. Solange Roy, a Francophone and Indigenous ceramic artist, will be there every evening to supervise and offer advice as needed. Everything is provided, just bring your smile and your friends! The CCFM provides all the materials for these drop-in sessions: clay, glaze, shaping and finishing tools. All you have to bring is your smile!
