PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY FOR SCHOOL REGISTRATION

The CCFM is committed to providing an exceptional artistic and cultural educational experience to students, pupils and early childhood in our Province. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, sometimes preventing participants from attending the activity. To ensure a transparent and fair relationship with schools and early childhood centres, we have established the following purchasing and refund policy for registrations to our school activities:

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

  1. REGISTRATION AND PURCHASE:

All registrations are final. Following your registration, a 50% deposit must be made upon receipt of your invoice which will be sent by email to confirm your places in the program. Following the activity, a second invoice will be issued which is also due upon receipt. The second invoice could be adjusted if the actual number of participants is higher than the number of participants initially planned. However, we do not reduce the invoice if the actual number of participants is lower than the number initially planned. A registration confirmation email will be sent two weeks before the date of the activity. Please respond to the email with the final number of registrations for the activity.

  1. CHANGES IN ACTIVITY OR TEACHERS:

Events or teachers may be subject to change without notice. We always strive to maintain the quality of the educational experience by making necessary adjustments, without compromising quality.

  1. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT:

In case of cancellation of the event due to insufficient registrations, or a logistical problem, a full refund will be issued. The same applies for exceptional reasons such as health restrictions, government regulations, fire, flood, earthquake, strike, war, act of terrorism or any other force majeure.

If the activity is postponed and you are unable to participate, a full refund will be issued.

REFUND CONDITIONS :

  1. REFUND BEFORE THE DATE OF THE ACTIVITY: If you cancel 5 days or less before the event date or if you do not show up for the event, the 50% deposit you previously paid is not refundable. In addition, as mentioned in point 1. Purchase, no refund is made if the actual number of participants is less than the number initially planned. A refund will be made only in the case of cancellation, some examples of which are mentioned in point 3. Cancellation or postponement.

REFUND REQUEST PROCESS:

Refund requests must meet the requirements of the terms and conditions.

To submit a refund request, please send an email to mrey@ccfm.mb.ca indicating as the subject of the email the words “ REFUND REQUEST ». In your email, you will then provide the necessary information, including the invoice number, the reason for the refund and any necessary supporting documents.

After receiving the refund request, the CCFM will respond within 3 working days to accept or refuse said request and, if applicable, the refund will follow within 5 to 10 working days.

ADDITIONAL COMMUNICATION:

Any changes to the date, time or any other important aspect of the activity will be communicated to the registered establishments as soon as possible. In addition, all information regarding the purchase and refund policy will be clearly indicated and accessible during the registration process.
