Classical ballet explores the strength and beauty of dance. Students develop balance, posture, flexibility, concentration, strength, discipline and self-confidence. They also develop precision, agility and fluidity of movement. Classes are offered from beginner to advanced level.

Jigs and square dancing are a key part of French Canadian traditions and culture. In this class, students learn the basic notions of French-Canadian dance: jig as well as traditional figures and formations. Students develop balance, posture, coordination, musicality, rhythm as well as discipline and self-confidence. Classes are offered from beginner to advanced level.
