This site is owned and managed by the Centre culturel franco-manitobain (CCFM) 

Intellectual property rights

All material displayed and accessible on this website, unless otherwise stated, remains the property of the Centre culturel franco-manitobain and its designers. This includes various elements such as images, texts, logos, documents, downloadable files, and any other element contributing to the creation of this site.

Accounts (if applicable)

By creating an account (if applicable) on our site, you consent to the following:

  1. You are entirely responsible for your account, including the security and confidentiality of your account, including passwords and sensitive information associated with your account.
  2. You warrant that all personal information you provide to us through your account is current, accurate and truthful, and you agree to update it if it changes.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you make illegal use of our site or violate our terms of acceptable use.

Sales of goods and services

This document governs the sale of products available on our site.

The products and services we offer include:

  • Tickets and event registrations.

The products and services referred to in this document are those displayed on our site at the time of your access, including those indicated as being out of stock. All information, descriptions or images that we provide regarding our products and services are presented as accurately as possible. However, we are not legally bound by this information, descriptions or images, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product or service that we offer. By purchasing these products and services, you agree to do so at your own risk.

Sold by third parties (if applicable)

Our Site may make available products and services offered by third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any products and services provided by third parties on our Site.

Refund

When purchasing a ticket:

A refund request will only be possible before the date of the performance, i.e. within a minimum period of one working day. The cost of the ticket will be refunded up to 100%, with the exception of the purchase-related fees added by the sales platform, which are the customer's responsibility.

When registering:

A refund request will be possible 15 days before the registration closing date, and up to 100%. After this period and before the start of the activity, a refund will be granted by the CCFM up to 50%. Beyond this period, after the start or during the activity, the CCFM will not be able to grant any refund.

Force majeure:

If the event or activity is postponed, your ticket or registration will be automatically transferred. In this case, if you are unable to attend, refund requests will be subject to the deadlines previously prescribed.

However, if the CCFM must cancel an event or activity, your contribution will be refunded in full, i.e. 100%, including the costs added by the sales platform.

Limitation of liability

The Centre culturel franco-manitobain (CCFM) and its employees will not be responsible for any problem resulting from inappropriate use of this site.

Applicable laws

This document is subject to the laws in force in Canada and is prepared with the aim of respecting its essential rules and regulations.

Divisibility

If any provision contained in this document is found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be deemed void and severed from the document. All other provisions will remain in full force and effect and the remainder of the document will continue to be valid.

Modifications

These terms and conditions are subject to periodic amendments to ensure compliance with the law and to reflect any changes in the way we operate our site and our expectations regarding user behavior on our site. We advise our users to regularly review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any updates.
