2026: THE YEAR OF THE ANALOGUE

Return to gesture. Slow down the gaze. Before the pixel, there is emotion. Less screen time. More substance. From January 15 to April 11, 2026, a brand new exhibition awaits you: "without FLASH". Come discover unique worlds and lose yourself in contemporary analog photographs, inviting you to explore the singular universes of artists Gavin Boutroy, Alexandre Normandeau, and Philippe Bellefeuille. Take the time to see, listen and meet! Join us on January 15th for the opening from 17 PM to 20 PM, where you can contemplate these works whose sensitivity will offer you a moment suspended in time, as well as meet and exchange with the artists. Weeds: between matter and memory (January 15 to March 21, 2026 - Contemporary Gallery)

Artists: Cassandre Boucher, Natalie Goulet, Benjamin Perron

"Historically, photography has been conceived as a tool of control: to capture a moment, guarantee a stable image, master reality, and ensure its permanence. In critical dialogue with photography's commercial legacy, the three artists presented here—Cassandre Boucher (FR), Natalie Goulet (NS), and Benjamin Perron (QC)—propose a reversal, moving away from the medium's origins and techniques to explore other sources: living matter, manual gestures, chance, and proximity to the environment." —Lou-Anne Bourdeau, curator

Your attention please (January 15-31, 2026 - The Studio)

Artist: Charlotte Sigurdson

"Your attention please presents a collection of works by multidisciplinary artist Charlotte Sigurdson. Sigurdson views the chaotic unfolding of the digital revolution as the defining experience of our time, and her work focuses on the ways in which the human condition is contorted in an increasingly inhumane world. Your attention please explores the collective loss of focus and the ramifications of the commodification of our attention in the digital age. As the world flattens around us and our consciousness seems to gradually slip out of our control, Sigurdson offers refuge and compassion. -Charlotte Sigurdson
