A group exhibition where varied works explore the sensitive connection to the earth. Explorations II brings together four emerging artists from Manitoba: Kayla Acres, Marie-Cécile Alvarez, Jacques Desaulniers, and Stefan Lewis. Through their works, each shares their unique vision of Manitoba's cultural landscape, addressing themes such as resilience, transformation, and reclamation. The works offer new perspectives on nature, history, and masculinity, with a diversity of styles and messages that awaken the senses. The opening will take place on Thursday, June 5th from 18 p.m. in the CCFM art gallery. This will be an opportunity to meet the artists, participate in a Q&A session at 18:30 p.m., and spend a convivial evening with drinks and appetizers. An exhibition curated by Chase Martin.
